Earlier in the year, there was an audio circulating social media about a Yoruba man having a conversation with a customer service representative of a telecommunications company – MTN to be specific. He was lamenting about his airtime that was removed for something he didn’t apply for, that thing can pain eh, I think every Nigerian can relate to this. MTN and the rest are lowkey scammers. This video is about that specific conversation between the man and the customer care agent, just that it was made into a cartoon, the response given by the customer care agent even made it more funny.
